In February 2002 Gendore Enterprises decided with The Kverneland Group to begin a joint venture in the Australia Market for the distribution of the complete Kverneland Grass and Arable product ranges.
Thus in March 2002 Kverneland-Gendore Australia was formed. In the formation, Gendore brought its 3rd generation family owned company into joint venture.
